Passwords are scheduled to be de-activated on the first day of January and July. During the week before expiration, send us a note saying “Continue my subscription” or something similar. We will send you a new password without you having to place a new order. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you have abandoned your subscription, and that we should de-activate your password.
New subscribers. Within 24 hours after we send you your password, send us a note saying that your password has given you access to your subscription. If you do not send this note, we will assume you got access but you are no longer interested. Unless you send us this confirmation, your password will be de-activated.
