Passwords are scheduled to be de-activated on the first day of January and July. During the week before expiration, send us a note saying “Continue my subscription” or something similar. If we get the email, your password will remain active and you may continue using it. A new password will not be necessary. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you have abandoned your subscription, and that we should de-activate your password. If your password has been de-activated, you can subscribe again by placing a new order. You will be sent a new password.
